I am a Board Certified Structural Integrator (The Rolf Method) and Certified Full Spectrum Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner with a license in Massage Therapy. I specialize in working with complex traumas in the body and nervous system, TBI and strokes, intra-oral work (TMJ), pelvic position, and babies! Most of my study has been under the direction of various European-trained Osteopaths with a focus on nervous system function and body position as a path towards presence, health, and vitality. My work is led by the heartfelt knowledge that the blueprint of health is different for everyone, that healing is spiralic, and that we learn and heal together. I love that my practice offers my clients the possibility to integrate the experiences that they have, being in a body.

My foundation and ongoing work as a poet/artist, movement lover (Continuum), and curious itinerant has harmoniously led me to this work. I started my study in 2021 after teaching yoga for 3 years. The body’s desire to move towards wholeness and inherent deep intelligence are what move me to continue to study and work with these practices. I have seen this work not only ameliorate pain (somatic/emotional/ancestral) but also foster joy, freedom, and vision. I love what I do, and have a well of gratitude and stirring love for those I work with.

I am trauma informed and trauma trained and have done extensive study towards working with my clients to find safety in the body. Each session is tailored to their needs in the moment, with conversational flow within the body’s gravitational field and active consent in the mind. With my clients we work together, with a gentle knowing that clarity and ease are possible.

Craniosacral uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement in the bones and fascia around the nervous system, along with the central nervous system itself. Relieving this tension promotes well-being by reducing pain and boosting health and immunity. Craniosacral is an excellent therapy for helping your body find home after a traumatic or life-changing event. Craniosacral is extra helpful for PTSD, Birth Trauma, Post-Dental work, and Headaches/Migraines. 

Structural Integration under the lineage of Dr. Ida Rolf primarily works with the fascia in the body in the field of gravity—think more ease in movement. Often a series of ten sessions, this work goes through the major fascia systems in your living matrix to restore fluidity and balance, amplifying the health available in your structure. Structural work is especially helpful for stubborn myofascial issues, as well as anyone who would like to know their body better.
